Off Grid does not offer treatment or detox but can provide recommendations

Thank you for your interest in Off Grid Recovery and congratulations on your healing journey! 

We are a bit different here at Off Grid and do not offer traditional treatment services here.

I had considered obtaining a sober house certification, but found new legislation suggests I would have to allow benzos on site and open my doors to state officials for unannounced visits. However we are 420 friendly & beer friendly (when appropriate) for public events. (Obviously not setting up a beer tent for an AA gathering!)

Off grid is a multi faceted start up, with many volunteer opportunities to start and grow with the company if interested.

So, I’m the guy to hit up when you need somewhere to go to keep your hands busy, or just not be alone when feeling tempted or looking for something to do.

I do rent rooms here, however I only consider allowing those who have successfully completed a traditional treatment program and are not at high risk of relapse. As I do smoke cannabis here and I am currently working on a Cali-sober event for our grand opening on 4/20.

(Cali-Sober in this case means beer and 🍀)

We are a 501c3 non profit. So I have been setting up to bring community together in nature through music, art & Animals. As well as giving back, through accepting donations of furniture & clothing since June of last year.

It will be sold at thrift prices to general population. But special consideration (free stuff) given to those going home to an empty apartment just starting over.

In a nutshell, I’m just an empathetic entrepreneur, on a ranch with some helpers behind the scenes trying something new after seeing so many people relapse after treatment without community support.

So, if you and or friends ever want a cool place to come hang out and or keep your hands busy helping me bring this place to life I totally welcome you to reach out to me. 

I’m also working on a new style NA, one that doesn’t damn us for not being “abstinent” as cannabis users.

**I just require guests to not be on or bring any drugs that can kill ya here!! No Fentanyl, Benzos, powders or hard liquor & while I’m not against mushrooms, it’s not where I’m going with this.. currently too many liabilities and counterproductive to what we’re building here.
